Individual Therapy
Individual counselling is a chance for you to meet one-on-one with a counsellor. You'll work with your counsellor to understand what brought you to counselling then create a plan to work through whatever might be going on 
in your world!

Couples and Relationship Therapy
If you and your partner(s) are looking to strengthen your relationship, couples/relationship counselling allows you to do just that. Whether you're poly, non-monogamous, queer or kink-friendly, we support all forms of relationships.

Youth Counselling
You want a counsellor who gets you and understands your world. You don't want to have to explain what Tik Tok is or define "ghosting" in your sessions and we get that. Our team meets you where you're at, while understanding the developmental difference and realities of being you.

Virtual Counselling
Finding the right counsellor can be hard. Finding the right counsellor who also lives in the same town as you? Well that can be damn near impossible! All of our services are offered virtually to folks located in Canada so that if we're the right counsellor for you, where we are doesn't matter!

EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a form of therapy that is specifically used to treat trauma and/or Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
EMDR differs from other forms of therapy because it is an
experiential treatment that requires very little talking and helps you heal your trauma at a neurological level.
