Current Opening:
RCC or RSW
We are actively seeking a counsellor to join our team. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to provide high-quality in-person trauma counselling services. While your primary case load would be individuals, we are also very interested in folks who work with couples or children.
Responsibilities:

Provide professional trauma counselling services to clients.

Maintain confidential and accurate records of client sessions and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and WellMind Counselling's policies.

Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to ethical standards in practice.

Participate in marketing activities to grow your client base.
Work Schedule and Caseload:

Flexible work hours based on client and organizational needs.

Minimum caseload of 8 clients per week, with availability for as many sessions per week as you're interested in having. Hours to be determined based on your schedule and client needs.
Job Requirements

Must hold a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline (ie counselling, social work, etc)

Must be registered with applicable licensing body, such as BCACC, CCPA or BCCSW
