Cecile brings an energy and level of support to her sessions that will help you feel comfortable and accepted. Cecile strives to make sure you feel understood while also challenging you towards the growth you desire.  
Cecile's counselling philosophy centres around the recognition that there is a deeper level to our struggles than we are often aware of. In order to help you grow, Cecile will work with you to help you uncover the core of what's really going on and then help you learn how to heal it. 
Cecile is the right counsellor for you if you are ready to make sustainable changes in your life and feel ready to get a little uncomfortable to get there. Cecile specializes in working with individuals who are struggling in their relationships due to past experiences of trauma and abuse. She takes a trauma-focussed approach to her work, understanding how neglect, abuse and abandonment all impact your current functioning.

Cecile loves learning and is passionate about continuing to increase her knowledge. As such, she utilizes a number of therapeutic approaches and has taken many additional trainings to help you best! These include:

Session Information
Sessions with Cecile cost $180 +gst per 55 minute individual session.
If you are planning to use benefits to access services, Cecile is a Registered Clinical Counsellor.  

Sessions are available virtually or in-person in Kamloops, BC.
