Insightful.
Authentic.
Honest.
Tiffany is the counsellor for you if you’re looking for someone real, grounded, and genuinely human to walk alongside you or your child. As both an Indigenous person and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Tiffany brings lived experience, cultural awareness, and authenticity to her work.
Tiffany loves working with kids, teens, and adults who are exploring their identity, managing grief and loss, navigating ADHD or neurodiversity, or processing trauma, including sexualized violence and domestic violence.

When working with kids (ages 7 and up), play, imagination, and movement become the language of healing. Tiffany believes children have an innate spark that can sometimes be dimmed by stress, power dynamics, or life experiences, and she will meet your child where they are by using play therapy approaches, creativity, and curiosity to help them express what words alone can’t always capture.
For children under 7, Tiffany asks families to reach out for a consult, as parent or guardian involvement is often an important part of the process.
Tiffany also works across the lifespan, supporting teens, adults, and older adults. In this work,
she'll support you by blending evidence-based practices with a humanistic, story-centered lens.
Tiffany understands that you come to therapy because they have a story to tell, and Tiffany sees herself as a witness and collaborator in that process. Her work incorporates body-based awareness, EMDR, and culturally attuned approaches to walk along-side you in a way that feels supportive and paced.

Outside of session, Tiffany lives a full and creative life. She loves yoga, snowboarding (and even coaching it), mountain biking, art, movement, and time in nature. She brings that same sense of play and embodied presence into her work. Clients often appreciate that she is an “adult child” in the best way: imaginative, grounded, and comfortable with both movement and stillness.
