Warm.
Genuine.
Down-to-earth.
Cailey is the counsellor for you if you're looking for someone who is approachable, authentic, and easy to connect with.
She believes that healing begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood, and she strives to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. With warmth, curiosity, and a little light-heartedness, Cailey values building real relationships with the people she works alongside because she believes meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be you!
Cailey is passionate about supporting people through everyday life challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, experiencing stress or anxiety, or simply looking for someone to walk alongside you, she believes that everyone deserves a place where they can talk openly without fear of judgement. To Cailey, caring for your mental health should feel just as normal and accessible as caring for your physical health.
Drawing from both her professional and lived experiences, Cailey enjoys supporting people across the lifespan through the ups and downs that life inevitably brings. She has a natural ability to connect with youth, and adults, and particularly enjoys supporting parents, students, and those navigating demanding careers.

Cailey hopes that every person who walks through her door leaves feeling heard, understood, and supported. She believes counselling isn't about someone "fixing" you. Instead, it's about working together as a team, understanding your story, and helping you move forward one step at a time. If you're looking for a counsellor who will meet you with genuine compassion, curiosity, and kindness, Cailey would love to connect with you.

Cailey is a Master's level practicum student completing her counselling training under the clinical supervision of Cecile, an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Cailey combines current, evidence-informed learning with ongoing mentorship and consultation.
Due to her schooling requirements, Cailey can only work with people ages 12 and older.
Cailey's practicum is from September 2026-April 2027.

If you’re looking to meet with someone who will sit with you in the messy parts of life, help you make sense of your experiences, and remind you that you don’t have to navigate challenges alone, Cailey is the counsellor for you.
